Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

We strive to provide accurate representations of our products and services. However, colours or product appearance may differ due to device screens, settings, or configurations. We do not guarantee that the appearance or quality of any product or service purchased will meet your expectations or match images exactly. Product descriptions may change at any time without notice, and we reserve the right to discontinue any product or limit quantities on a case-by-case basis.

3. Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. 1000 Realms reserves the right to accept or decline your order at its discretion. Your order is not accepted until we confirm it and have received payment. Please review your order carefully before submitting, as we may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests after acceptance. If we do not accept, change, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the contact information you provided. Your purchases are not subject to returns or exchanges as described in our Returns Policy. All purchases are for personal use only and not for commercial resale or export unless otherwise agreed.

4. Prices and Billing

Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price in effect when the order is placed, as shown in your order confirmation email. Prices do not include shipping, handling, or taxes unless otherwise stated. You agree to provide complete, accurate, and current payment information. You also agree that any charges incurred will be honoured and paid promptly, including any shipping, handling, or GST charges where applicable. You represent and warrant that (i) the credit card information you provide is true, correct, and complete, (ii) you are duly authorized to use such credit card for the purchase, (iii) charges incurred by you will be honored by your credit card company, and (iv) you will pay charges incurred by you at the posted prices, including shipping and handling charges and all applicable taxes, if any.

5. Shipping, Delivery + Returns 

We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, couriers, customs processing, or events outside our control. Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you. 1000 Realms is not responsible or liable for any loss, damage or negligence that may occur while using a courier service. Any delivery dates or timeframes provided by couriers are only estimates and may vary. Whilst we do everything we can to ensure safe delivery we are not liable for goods once signed for, as this is deemed as proof of delivery. Please take the time to review all images, dimensions, and descriptions carefully before making a purchase. We do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges. All items are sold as is and all sales are final. If your piece arrives with any damage, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery or collection with clear photographs. Beyond this period, we cannot take responsibility for damage, defects, or loss that occur after the item has been received. For more detail, please review our Returns Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including trademarks, text, images, graphics, designs, reviews, video, and audio, is owned by 1000 Realms or its licensors and protected by Australian and international intellectual property laws. 7. Optional Tools

We may provide you with access to third-party tools over which we neither monitor nor have any control nor input. You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools ”as is” and “as available” without any warranties, representations or conditions of any kind and without any endorsement. We shall have no liability whatsoever arising from or relating to your use of optional third-party tools.

1000 Realms is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our Store are made directly with 1000 Realms. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and 1000 Realms, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products and services. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with 1000 Realms.
