Stainless steel surfaces are prone to fingerprints, as the natural oils in your skin easily leave marks. While we encourage you to embrace the material's evolution over time, the best way to clean and maintain its finish is to use a glass cleaner and a microfibre cloth.

Some tips; 

Use a dedicated microfiber cloth or a specialized stainless steel cloth.
Spray a small amount of Windex or glass cleaner onto your cloth. Carefully observe the metal's surface for the fine brushstrokes or polish lines. Wipe the entire piece following the direction of these lines.
Immediately use a separate, dry cloth to wipe away any excess cleaner.
Always ensure you wipe with the lines of the brush marks to avoid scratching the finish. 
Use a coaster, and wipe up spills straight away.
