Each 1000 Realms piece is individually handcrafted, shaped by the natural variations, textures, and subtle imperfections that we love about them. These characteristics are a reflection of the materials and processes we work with, not faults.

We have intentionally selected offcuts and repurposed materials in many cases, which may show signs of their previous lives. Again, this is not seen as a material fault, but a conscious decision to craft mindfully. If you are looking for uniform, machine-made perfection, our pieces may not be the right fit for you. 

Please take the time to review all images, dimensions, descriptions and care instructions carefully before making a purchase. We do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges. All items are sold as is and all sales are final. 

Please ensure you have measured your space and checked property access prior to purchase. We cannot offer refunds for change of mind, or where an item does not fit within your space.

All items are inspected carefully before leaving our studio. If your piece arrives with any damage, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery or collection with clear photographs. Beyond this period, we cannot take responsibility for damage, defects, or loss that occur after the item has been received.

We take great care in coordinating delivery with recommended experienced furniture couriers. However, 1000 Realms is not liable for damage that occurs in transit or once an item has been collected by a third-party carrier.
